1. LEGAL FORM OF DATA MANAGEMENT, PURPOSE, SCOPE OF MANAGED DATA AND PERIOD OF DATA MANAGEMENT
The Service Provider, as a data controller, REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free flow of such data, and on the repeal of Regulation 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation hereinafter: "GDPR"), on the following legal grounds and for the following purposes, processes the data provided by Website users and users of services, as well as those who subscribe to newsletters (hereinafter collectively: Users).

2. DATA PROCESSORS
The Service Provider does not forward the personal data provided by the User to any other person. Should this be necessary, the data may only be forwarded after prior information and consent of the User. An exception to this is the transfer of data in the case of an official inquiry by the authority or court.
A further exception is that the data manager only transfers the data submitted by the user to the following party for the purpose of completing the email newsletter:

When subscribing to the newsletter on the website, the User consents to inquiries for marketing purposes.
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time free of charge, without restrictions or reasons, via the unsubscribe link in the newsletters or by sending a cancellation request to the email address.
If you unsubscribe from the newsletter, the personal data registered in connection with the sending of the newsletter will be deleted and you will no longer receive newsletters and notifications from us.

4. USE OF COOKIES
We would like to inform you that we use small data files (hereinafter: cookies) to identify the User on the website. These cookies are provided by Google and are used through the Google Analytics system. By visiting the website and using some of its functions, the User consents to the aforementioned cookies being stored on the User's computer and to the Service Provider as a data controller.
Cookies are stored for 30 days, but the User can set and prevent cookie-related activity using a browser program. However, please note that in the latter case, without the use of cookies, you may not be able to use all the services of the website.
The service provider, as a technical contributor, can ensure that third parties collaborating with the service provider, especially Google Inc., store it with the help of cookies when the User has previously visited the service provider's website and can display an advertisement to the User based on this.

Considering that the User can object to the processing of his personal data, he can limit the data processing accordingly, the Service Provider is obliged to limit the data processing in accordance with the restriction within 20 (twenty) days, and to transfer the provisions specified in the decision and to provide the User with the appropriate information about this electronically .

5. RIGHTS OF USERS IN RELATION TO DATA MANAGEMENT

RIGHT TO CORRECTION
The User is entitled at any time to request the correction of incorrectly recorded personal data managed by the Service Provider. the Service Provider shall correct inaccurate personal data relating to him without undue delay, and shall be entitled to request the completion of incomplete personal data.


RIGHT TO CANCELLATION
The User has the right to request the deletion of personal data managed by the Service Provider, if he has withdrawn his consent, the contractual relationship has ended and the deletion does not extend to documents that the Service Provider must keep according to legal requirements. In the latter case, personal data cannot be deleted.

RIGHT TO LIMIT DATA PROCESSING
The service provider is obliged to limit personal data in the case of the User's request. If it can be assumed that the deletion would harm the legitimate interests of the User based on the information available to us, in that case the personal data must be restricted. It must be treated as restricted data as long as the data management purpose or legitimate interest exists, which precluded the deletion of personal data.
Right to data portability
The User may ask the Service Provider to view the data processed for him or her on a data medium or on paper.

RIGHT TO WITHDRAW CONTRIBUTION
The User has the right to revoke the consent to data management at any time, in which case the provided data will be deleted from our systems.
The service provider examines user complaints related to data management and makes a decision on the validity of the complaint, of which it notifies the applicant in writing within 30 days at the latest. If the Service Provider does not fulfill the User's request, it will inform the User of the factual and legal reasons for rejecting the request.

6. ENFORCEMENT OF RIGHTS
If we have violated a legal provision on data management, or if we have not fulfilled one of your requests, you can initiate an investigation procedure by the National Data Protection and Freedom of Information Authority at any of the following contact details in order to terminate alleged illegal data management:

7. OTHER PROVISIONS
The Service Provider reserves the right to unilaterally modify this Data Management Information Sheet outside the scope of the legal basis and purpose of the data management and the data managed. The amendment enters into force on the day of its publication on the website.

This Data Management Notice comes into effect on 16 May 2020.
